Welcome to Mythology Tactics. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Mythology Tactics mobile game (the “Game”), developed and published by us (“we,” “our,” or “us”). By downloading, installing, or playing the Game, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Game.

 

1. Eligibility

  • You must be at least 13 years old to play the Game.
     
  • If you are between 13 and 18, you must have parental or guardian consent.
     
  • By using the Game, you confirm you meet these requirements.

 

2. Accounts

  • You need to create an account to access certain features.
     
  • You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account.
     
  • We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.
     

3. Virtual Items and In-Game Currency

  • The Game may include virtual items (such as unlocked creatures, titles or cosmetics) and in-game currency (Gold).
     
  • Virtual items and currency have no real-world monetary value and cannot be exchanged for real money.
     
  • All purchases of virtual currency or items are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law.
     

4. User Conduct

When playing Mythology Tactics, you agree not to:

 

  • Use cheats, hacks, bots, or other unauthorized tools.
     
  • Harass, abuse, or threaten other players.
     
  • Exploit bugs or glitches for unfair advantage.
     
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations.
     

We may take action (including warnings, suspensions, or permanent bans) against accounts that engage in prohibited behavior.

 

5. Multiplayer and Rankings

  • The Game includes competitive multiplayer features and ranking systems.
     
  • We make no guarantee that rankings, leaderboards, or match outcomes will be error-free or uninterrupted.
     
  • We may adjust rankings, matchmaking, or balance at our discretion to improve gameplay fairness.
     

6. Service Availability

  • We aim to keep the Game available but do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service.
     
  • We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue the Game (or any part of it) at any time without liability.
     

7. Intellectual Property

  • All content in the Game, including graphics, characters, gameplay systems, and code, is owned by us or our licensors.
     
  • You may not copy, distribute, or reverse engineer any part of the Game.
     

8. Limitation of Liability

  • To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for damages arising from your use of the Game, including but not limited to data loss, account loss, service interruptions, or disputes with other players.
     
  • The Game is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind.
     

9. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with a new “Last updated” date. Continued use of the Game after changes are posted means you accept the updated Terms.
